155 @ 6

200 @ 10.5 (one rep clean, 2nd rep had to use the legs a little)

185 @ total failure lol (11)

Paused Incline Bench x 2 @ 9-10:
185 @ 7
225 @ 9
Quit cuz my tendinitis is flaring up really bad...feelsbadman.

Bent Rows:
5 x 6 x 185, 205, 205, 205, 205

Front Raises:
5 x 6 x 25's, 30;s, 35's, 40's, 40's

Some curls and DB fly's.
