ReplyDeleteDo you mean weighted pullups?...if so, I was doing them in the fall. Maybe 10 reps with 25-45 fresh @ 225 lbs or so. Decent, not great by any means. If the pulling movements continue to aggravate my CS/tendinitis I will switch up to something else (back fly's, 1 arm rows, pullovers).
