3-9-11 Mesocycle 2/Block 4/Week 1/Upper #1
Bench x 3 @ 9-10:
Worked up to set of 315, on 2nd set of 315 didn't get one rep cuz of this elbow/bicep pain. On the bottom there was some tricep pain too.
Then did some flat DB press and gave up for the day.
